The journey began with a single store in India, which quickly became a market leader due to its unique positioning and commitment to quality. It took us over 18 months to appoint the First Franchise after opening 2 company owned stores in the same city.
It is also very important for the Founder to understand the customer behavior and also implement system & operations by operating across multiple locations remotely before appointing Franchise. Which is very crucial to implement the SOP required to support the Franchise network.
